My Thoughts:

sometimes i can really get into a great mystery. but this is a series though i'm sure they are standalone. without knowing the character right from the start i have a hard time connecting for some reason. so for this one i just didn't get into it like i should have.

My Thoughts:

i'm sure it would be a great book for plenty of poeple. but i am not one of those people. i tried to get through it and i just couldn't connect at all. it was sad cause it sounded super interesting but for me i just couldn't do it! i hope others will find it and be able to connect.

My Thoughts:

not liking amish books anymore, it is sorta strange that i'd choose to read one. but kate lloyd is different. she makes her stories more interesting and much more readable. i think because it doesn't have much of pennsylvania dutch. that said i would recommend her books. they are easy reads and enjoyable at the same time.

My Thoughts: upon receiving this novel the cover had been changed which was super disappointing. i liked the other cover much better. this one makes the book seem boring. but after diving into the novel the writing is super strong right out of the gate. this just might be one of those novels that you just can't put down due to the curiosity of what happens next. definitely recommend picking this one.
